Early intervention

Providing immediate support and tailored services to clients with a psychological condition is key to ensuring a faster, sustainable recovery. MindHub brings together experts from across medical and allied health including Psychiatrists, Registered Psychologists and Mental Injury Specialists, who can act immediately to referrals, reducing barriers for recovery, providing comprehensive assessment and personalised support plans to return clients to optimal health and work.

Diagnosis review

One of our core services is utilising our Psychiatrist’s to identify the correct diagnosis, which is essential to achieving a successful outcome. Our Mental Injury Specialists first complete a field visit with the client to understand their current symptoms and conditions, then our Psychiatrist’s complete a ‘Dr2Dr’ conference with the treating GP, Specialist or Psychologist to ensure the correct diagnosis has been achieved, enabling the development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan.

Access to care

It is often difficult for clients or their treating GP to navigate what treatment providers are suitable and find one that is available. Our team use our extensive local networks to assists clients to find their closest and appropriate treatment providers, as well as recommending additional services to clients. Our team then quickly facilitates getting referrals to these providers to ensure clients get the treatment they need to get well and working again.

Bridging the gap

When there is a delay to accessing care, MindHub’s team uses health coaching modules to support clients in having a form of care until they get into the appropriate support provider. This can be completed immediately and can also be completed prior to accessing care to ensure clients are not left waiting and with their mental health declining.
