Insurers and funding bodies
Trusted care. Proven outcomes. National reach.
At WorkFocus, we understand the critical role insurers play in supporting recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Since 1989, we’ve partnered with insurers across Australia to minimise the impact of workplace injury and illness, delivering efficient, evidence-based rehabilitation that prioritises both health and work readiness.
Unlike generalist providers, workplace rehabilitation is our sole focus. Our team of highly qualified health professionals brings deep clinical and case management expertise, ensuring your clients receive specialist care tailored to their unique needs. We’re proud members of all major national panels and have the capacity to support insurers with scalable, high-performing services.

Our services
Workplace rehabilitation
We deliver ongoing return-to-work services for all workers’ compensation claims, using a biopsychosocial model to address health, wellbeing, and work readiness. Our approach is grounded in the health benefits of good work.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander service
Our culturally respectful service model incorporates family networks, community engagement, and individual-led program design to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
Injury prevention and wellbeing
We offer proactive services before claim lodgement, including worksite and ergonomic assessments, manual handling training, and warm-up programs – to reduce claim frequency and impact.

Active recovery
Our Be Active physical health programs and MindHub psychological services support holistic recovery. These tailored solutions help clients regain physical and mental wellbeing, preparing them for a safe and sustainable return to work.
