Our services
Early Intervention services
Our Early Intervention service aims to reduce the gap in returning to work through immediate action and education. Targeted at claims 0-6 weeks old, our service minimises workplace absences caused by injury, reduces the delay in returning to work, and increases employer and worker engagement in the Return-to-Work Process.
Our results are well above industry average, whether delivered face-to-face or by telephone.

Return to Work services
Same Employer Service
Our specialised consultants conduct on-site assessments and regular reviews to assist injured workers in an early, safe, and sustainable return to their pre-injury role. We provide expert guidance to employers to support and oversee the return-to-work process.

New Employer Service
Our consultants prepare workers for alternative career opportunities through individual and group coaching, job preparation, job seeking, interview, and employability skills.
Recovery Support Services (RSS)
We establish a consistent routine with the injured worker to remain engaged with their employer and treating health practitioners. Support is also provided to employers to stay connected with their employees.
Volunteer support and work placement services
Our team collaborates with workers to source volunteering or work placements, utilising our combined resources and networks. We provide support with preparation for returning to a workplace environment and highlight the benefits of volunteering to build confidence and self-belief.
Facilitated Discussion (FD)
Delivered by a specialised mediator, Facilitated Discussion is used when workplace relationship issues or interpersonal conflicts are barriers to returning to work. This service offers a safe and supportive environment for workers to discuss issues and provides a forum for resolution.
Assessment services
We tailor our service and recommendations to the individual through several assessments that look at the whole person. Our assessment services include:
Activities of Daily Living
Assessment to recommend tasks, equipment needs, and changes that assist with independent living and speedier rehabilitation.
Ergonomic Assessment
Workstation assessments with key recommendations to maximise comfort and efficiency.
Standardised Functional Capacity Evaluation
Assesses the injured worker’s safe physical capacity at work, determining strength, mobility, and hours of attendance.
Capacity to Earn Assessment
Determines a worker’s capacity to earn in suitable employment, comparable to their pre-injury average wage earning (PIAWE).
Small and medium employer specialists
Our SME Program is uniquely designed and delivered by experienced Injury Management Consultants to provide tailored support to small and medium-sized employers. We aim to minimise business disruption and ensure the successful rehabilitation of employees.

Together, we can build better lives through work and health.
Let us help your business thrive by supporting your most valuable asset – your people.
