Early intervention

Providing immediate support and tailored services to employees with a psychological condition is key to ensuring a faster, sustainable recovery. MindHub brings together experts from across medical and allied health including Psychiatrists, Registered Psychologists and Mental Injury Specialists, who can act immediately to referrals, reducing barriers for recovery, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis reviews and development of personalised support plans to return employees to optimal health and work.

Access to care

It is often difficult for individuals or their treating GP to navigate what treatment providers are suitable and find one that is available. Our team use our extensive local networks to assists individuals to find their closest and appropriate treatment providers, as well as recommending additional services. Our team then quickly facilitates getting referrals to these providers to ensure individuals get the treatment they need to get well and working again.

Training

MindHub’s team can deliver bespoke psychological and psychosocial training modules to assist line managers and employees to be able to manage, improve or help prevent any psychological conditions within the workplace.

Bridging the gap

When there is a delay to accessing care, MindHub’s team uses health coaching modules to support employees in having a form of care until they get into the appropriate support provider. This can be completed immediately and can also be completed prior to accessing care to ensure employees are not left waiting and with their mental health declining.

Psychological Risk Assessments

MindHub can undertake psychosocial risk assessments and screening to enable the creation of psychologically healthy workplaces to ensure employees are kept well and working. MindHub’s experts will identify psychosocial hazards, assess risks and implement strategies to control risks.
