Adam is a Rehabilitation Consultant in our Illawarra Team. Adam has had one year of experience working across physical and psychological claims to support workers back to both same and new employment. Adam’s strengths lie in his ability build rapport with clients and establish strong relationships with employers and Case Managers to achieve outcomes, in particular with long-term, complex claims. Adam also has substantial experience working with clients going through anxiety, depression, stress disorders, and anger issues, supporting their recovery and return to work and life through a holistic and client centred approach.

Alan Chen is our Rehabilitation Consultant and Team Leader who lives and works in Sydney delivering Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant services to his clients. Alan’s strengths lie within his extensive clinical knowledge and experience in working with WorkCover NSW, CTP NSW, Comcare, and Department of Veteran’ Affairs. These skills are expertly used to conduct Worksite Assessments and Reviews, Ergonomic Assessments, Physical Functional Capacity Evaluations, and overall Return to Work case management. Alan demonstrates strong teamwork and communications with all stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient return to work service delivery.

Amanda is an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant and Exercise Physiologist who has specialised in providing support to Veterans following physical or psychological injuries. Through her experience working across the Comcare scheme, primarily with Department of Veteran’s Affairs and as a Former contractor to Australian Defence Force, Amanda has developed understanding of the elements unique to military service and how they impact Veteran’s. Amanda is passionate about providing holistic and individualised support to her clients and works closely with all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Amy has a background as a Social Worker with over 12 years’ experience working with vulnerable clients predominantly in the drug and alcohol, and prison settings. Amy transitioned to WorkFocus one year ago and enjoys supporting people to get back to life and work within the WorkCover and Department of Veterans’ Affairs schemes. She is skilled in assisting clients with psychological and neurodivergent conditions towards their goals and working collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Annecke is a Rehabilitation Consultant in our WA team. Annecke’s strengths lie in her excellent communication skills, which are demonstrated in the effective and long-lasting relationships she has built within her clients and customers at multiple levels across a variety of industries. Annecke takes great pride in her work, holds herself to a very high standard of care and is always collaborating and exploring ways to do things better and is always pushing herself to get better outcomes. Annecke’s dedication, skills and high level of service is reflected in her strong return to work outcomes.

Bronwyn has been a Rehabilitation Consultant with WorkFocus Australia for two years. Prior to this she worked for over 30 years as a perioperative Registered Nurse. This role has enabled the development of a comprehensive understanding of injuries, and the impact of the related surgical intervention. Bronwyn has developed over time effective relationship and rapport building skills that enable her to work collaboratively with clients, employers, insurers and treatment providers.
