Capacity development program
WorkFocus’ award-winning Capacity Development Program (CDP) helps you build, demonstrate and achieve medical certification for capacity for work and is designed specifically for people with no capacity for work who require upgrade to some capacity to enable rehabilitation, retraining and return to work intervention.

Build capacity
By graded participation in everyday home-based activities, we help clients improve their tolerances and capacities for work movements, positions and postures.
Demonstrate capacity
The movements, positions and postures used in home tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, reaching and carrying, are also the functional abilities we need for work. Demonstrated capacity at home also demonstrates capacity to complete those same activities for work.
Certified capacity
This provides evidence for certification for capacity for work to be provided by the Treating Doctor. Clients can then engage in further rehabilitation, retraining and return to work activities.
