Marc D’Amico
General ManagerAn accomplished leader in the national workplace rehabilitation industry, Marc joined WorkFocus in 2003.
An Occupational Therapist by training, Marc has helped literally thousands of clients with both physical and psychological work injuries to get well and working again. Marc believes in early intervention to identify and address barriers to recovery and return to work and to help prevent the impact that long-term work loss has on clients, families, employers and the community.
The cornerstone of Marc’s practice lies in ensuring each and every client has a positive experience in the recovery and return to work journey. An acknowledged industry leader, Marc was awarded the Australian Rehabilitation Provider Association (ARPA) NSW Exceptional Leadership Award in 2018.
As WorkFocus’ General Manager, Marc supports the teams nationally to deliver excellence in recovery and return to work service and drives WorkFocus’ vision to support even more individuals to get well and working again.

Amanda England
Head of Customer Relationships and PerformanceAmanda, a qualified Psychologist, is WorkFocus’ Head of Customer Relationships and Performance.
Amanda started with WorkFocus in 2007 as a fresh graduate and quickly found her feet, moving into a leadership role in 2010 as Business Manager of our Western Australia team.
Over her long tenure Amanda has amassed extensive experience in the Workers compensation schemes across various insurers and legislations, now bringing this knowledge and her customer-focused approach to lead WorkFocus’ customer team.

Nick Boyle
National Operations ManagerA Registered Rehabilitation Counsellor, with more than 20 years’ industry experience, Nick’s experience spans various markets including Workers Compensation, CTP, Comcare, Defence, and Life insurance, across leadership roles in government, insurance, and private enterprise.
As WorkFocus’ National Operations Manager, Nick, supports the Area Managers and the smooth running and growth strategy of WorkFocus.
A champion of ‘collaboration’ Nick knows achieving successful outcomes stems from bringing all stakeholders together to work towards a common goal for our clients, as well as leveraging the knowledge and skills of each other to achieve the best possible result.
Driven by the individual life changing stories of clients who progress through recovery and return to work, Nick is exceptionally proud of the 4000+ lives positively impacted by WorkFocus’ team in the last 12 months and the vision for WorkFocus to support even more individuals each year.

Lisa Lange
Area Manager – WA, NT and SALisa, an Occupational Therapist by background, started her career with WorkFocus in the early 2000’s, and re-joined the organisation after a stint living overseas.
Now WorkFocus’ Area Manager – WA, NT and SA, it’s simply knowing that she’s making an impact in people’s lives that truly motivates Lisa.
With an innovative and effective approach, Lisa is responsible for the strategic direction and the performance of more than 45 staff. With her constant focus on people’s needs Lisa has built a high performing culture, inspiring and mentoring her staff to continue to grow and develop their own careers, leading to the WA most recently winning five categories at the ARPA WA Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards 2023.
This sharp focus on building her team and ultimately supporting people who are injured or ill was why Lisa was awarded with the ARPA WA Exceptional Leadership Award in 2017.

Thanh Tran
Area Manager – VIC, TAS, ACT and QLDA Registered Occupational Therapist, Thanh has extensive experience working across different roles with large national and global employers to achieve optimal worker health outcomes across different jurisdictions and industry sectors. Thanh has implemented integrated enterprise wellbeing strategies that encompass the entire employment lifecycle and include health promotion, injury prevention and case management to effectively address factors impacting staff work participation. By adopting a proactive and strategic approach, Thanh works collaboratively with all stakeholders to support sustainable improvements in employee health, engagement and organisational outcomes.
Thahn brings a unique perspective gained from diverse roles as a Rehabilitation Consultant, Case Manager, Injury Management Advisor, Broker and Self-Insurance Manager. In his role as Area Manager for VIC, TAS, ACT and QLD, Thanh supports his team to effectively partner with all stakeholders to address the specific contexts for individuals, teams and organisations in the communities they live and work in. Thanh is passionate about empowering his team and clients to support and enable autonomy for individuals to manage and improve their personal wellbeing.

Dylan Dule
Area Manager – NSWAn Exercise Physiologist by background Dylan is an experienced workplace rehabilitation leader. Starting his career at WorkFocus as a Rehabilitation Consultant in 2015, and progressing quickly into a leadership role, today Dylan is WorkFocus’ Area Manager for NSW.
Passionate about nurturing professional growth and committed to providing a positive working culture across his teams, Dylan has seen countless wins for his teams in the APRA NSW Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards, most recently having three wins at the 2022 awards.
As an allied health professional Dylan is motivated by helping others and championing WorkFocus’ purpose to build better lives through work and health. Dylan is driven to continue to grow the NSW teams to make a larger impact to the health and wellbeing of each individual that WorkFocus’ is entrusted to support.

Andrew Mills
Manager Health Services and InnovationAndrew is a highly experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist with over ten years’ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
Working in multiple Australian states and with extensive international experience in the UK and Germany, Andrew is able to bring a unique perspective to his work and with his diverse experience, a deep understanding of how to support people from all walks of life.
As WorkFocus’, Manager, Health Services and Innovation, Andrew drives WorkFocus’ physical and psychological service functions, and works with internal and external stakeholder to develop new evidence-based products and services.
Andrew is dedicated to supporting his team to embody and promote the health benefits of good work, looking for new services to support clients to achieve their goals in work and life; believing that everyone deserves access to quality tailored healthcare services.

Hannah Roberts-Thomson
Organisational Excellence LeadHannah joined WorkFocus in 2015 as a Professional Support Assistant in the Hunter Team, then progressed into the role of Professional Support Manager across our NSW operations. Hannah has enjoyed evolving within the company, with the support and guidance of Workforce leadership team. Hannah has been instrumental in key projects over the years, including implementing our national administration support function, Project Wattle, in 2023 and brings encyclopaedic knowledge of our administration systems and extensive practice wisdom on our support systems.
Hannah’s newly appointed role as WorkFocus’ Organisational Excellence Lead plays a vital part in managing key organisational excellence functions, ensuring service delivery and best practice, inclusive of quality management and stakeholder experience management activities and supports to client-facing services. Hannah is passionate about supporting others, forever finding ways to help make the lives of her colleagues, and WorkFocus’ customers and clients easier.
