Our services

WorkFocus offers ongoing return to work services for all workers’ compensation claims. Our service delivery uses the biopsychosocial model as a base to address; health, wellbeing, social/life, and work aspects of an injured employee’s recovery pathway. This is evidence-based practice with a focus on the health benefits of good work.

We understand that intervention prior to claim lodgement can significantly reduce claim experience and at times negate the need for claim completely. We offer a variety of services prior to claim lodgement to minimise delays and claim impact including Worksite Assessments, Risk Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Warm Up for Work and Manual Handling Training.

We provide a culturally respectful, tailored approach through our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Return to Work Service that acknowledges and incorporates family networks and history, community engagement and individual-led program design to improve outcomes.

To supplement return to work our Be Active and MindHub services provide active recovery solutions for our clients. MindHub is our tailored psychological service that aims to educate, support and empower clients who are experiencing primary and secondary psychological conditions. Be Active is our bespoke physical health service, provides a range of programs to support clients to recover and be active in life and work.
